Our business concept “Realizing customers’ satisfaction through quality service bringing a rapid and dedicated response” is originated from my actual experience of facing difficulties in sourcing correct product at needed time for process equipment and piping fabrication work as well as plant construction during late 70’s to mid-80’s. Therefore, our service is tailored to individual customers’ individual project needs in accordance with our business concept.
Our technical knowledge, project management skill and dedicated work supported by rich supply source around the world as well as presence of business partners in main manufacturing region are our strength behind fulfilling our obligation to customers.
We are engaged in fostering human resources to keep abreast of technology in our business field so that we can attend to customers’ needs effectively. Being a specialized trading company, we believe, it is important to pursue value creation through a market oriented approach and source ideas not only from Japan but also from countries with growth potential.

Since the establishment of the company in 2005 by the founder, A.Kazi, I-Zak has steadily developed over the past 17 years with the support of many customers, cooperation from suppliers, and the hard work of our employees.

We will continue to adhere to our motto, “We will satisfy our customers by providing high quality services with prompt and dedicated responses”, and we will sincerely address our customers’ “problems” in terms of specifications, delivery dates, destinations, budgets, etc., and will continue to provide services that satisfy our customers.
